Log in to your BHostBD control panel, navigate to the "Email Accounts" section, and click "Create Email Account." Enter the email address, password, and mailbox quota.

Configure DNS Records

Make sure your domain’s MX records point to BHostBD servers. This ensures your emails are delivered correctly. Optional: Add SPF and DKIM records for better email authentication.

Access Webmail

Access your email through BHostBD webmail at webmail.yourdomain.com. Log in using your full email address and password.

Configure Email Client

Use your favorite email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, or Apple Mail). Enter your full email address, password, and use the following server settings:

  • Incoming (IMAP/POP3) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: IMAP 993 / POP3 995 / SMTP 465 or 587
  • SSL/TLS Enabled
